Automotive Parts Ecommerce - Shipper/Receiver

Responsibilities

1. Receive, inspect, and document incoming inventory from various suppliers and manufacturers


2. Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of parts and supplies


3. Organize and maintain the warehouse inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency


4. Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with exceptional attention to detail


5. Configure product shipping defaults (weights, dimensions, and carrier preferences)


6. Conduct regular cycle counts and help reconcile inventory discrepancies


7. Track and maintain shipping performance metrics aligned with company standards


8. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping/receiving, fulfillment, or warehouse operations preferred


• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• Basic proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods


• Knowledge of automotive parts or dealership operations, a plus


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for at least three years
