Automotive Parts Manager

Do you have excellent customer service skills?   Anderson Auto Group CDJR of Grand Island, NE is seeking a Parts Department Manager.  This position will be responsible for controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relations, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives and maintaining records.  This position will report to the General Manager. Compensation is extremely favorable to top performers. 

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the parts department


• Manage inventory levels and ordering of parts


• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts to service technicians


• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers


• Train and supervise parts department staff


• Monitor and improve department performance metrics


• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role within an automotive dealership is preferred


• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory systems


• Excellent organizational and leadership skills


• Proficiency in computer programs


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Valid driver’s license
