We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Auto Parts Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Whether helping a weekend car enthusiast or a busy service department, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things Audi parts.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers – in person and over the phone – with finding the right parts for their needs.


• Accurately read and interpret parts catalogs.


• Deliver top-tier customer service that keeps clients coming back.


• Work closely with teammates to meet sales goals and keep operations running smoothly.


• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked.


• Juggle multiple priorities with efficiency and accuracy.

What You Bring:

• Prior retail or wholesale auto parts sales experience (preferred).


• Strong automotive knowledge; Audi or dealership background is a big plus.


• Ability to read and navigate parts catalogs like a pro.


• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.


• Team spirit with a positive attitude.


• Basic computer skills; Tekion experience is a plus.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.


• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.


• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
