Automotive Parts Shipping and Receiving Professional

Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete all shipping and receiving duties, including checking in shipments, verifying accuracy, organizing stock, and preparing outgoing orders.

  Locate and distribute the correct parts and accessories to shop technicians quickly and accurately.

  
  


• 
  

  Correctly price parts and accessories using approved systems and enter information into the proper documents and computer platforms.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in inventory reconciliation and cycle counts as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department and storage areas.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide accurate parts information and offer available solutions when appropriate.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values when working with coworkers and suppliers.
