Automotive Parts Shipping/Receiving Clerk

DePaula Chevrolet is looking for a responsible, detail oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping/Receiving Clerk in the Parts Department. The Shipping Clerk is often the first point of contact at the dealership with the vendor/shipper. The required hours for this role are Monday-Friday 7am - 4pm and rotating Saturdays 8am - 12pm.

Starting pay is $17/hr, with the potential for monthly commission and opportunity for advancement.

Job Responsibilities:

-Receiving shipments from various vendors/shippers and processing them

-Putting stock away in Parts warehouse

- Assisting our drivers with loading delivery trucks

-Maintain a neat and organized workplace

-Other tasks as assigned by parts manager or shipping dock supervisor

Qualifications:

-Attention to detail to guarantee accurate receipt and stocking of parts

-Great organizational skills for maintaining records and inputting information

-Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software programs

-Ability to stand for long periods of time

-Valid Drivers License in good standing
