Automotive Parts Specialist

Full-Time | 40-Hour Work Week | Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Occasional Saturdays

Luxury Auto Mall of Sioux Falls is looking for an Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team.

This position is a blend of parts counter sales, customer service, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations. Approximately half of your time will be spent receiving and organizing inventory, pulling and shipping orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The other half will be spent assisting retail customers, service advisors, and technicians with parts inquiries, ordering, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory.


• Maintain inventory accuracy through bin checks and cycle counts.


• Assist customers, service advisors, and technicians with parts inquiries and purchases.


• Answer phone calls, provide parts pricing and availability, and process orders.


• Utilize manufacturer and aftermarket catalogs to identify and source parts.


• Support efficient workflow between the Parts and Service Departments.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.


• Automotive parts, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.


• Prior parts counter experience and/or manufacturer parts catalog knowledge highly preferred.


• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.


• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
