Responsibilities:
- Keep the parts department neat and orderly
- Process all inventory transactions pertaining to the parts department, coordinate activities of warehouse, verify and maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Confirm Inbound / Outbound shipment documentation and accuracy
- Assist with inventory re-stock process
- Transportation of materials
- Maintain logs for product returns
- Any other duties that management or the employee feels can be productive within the job description guidelines
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Must be able to represent the dealership in a professional manner
- Team Oriented
- Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record with no suspensions or major violations
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
