Automotive Porter

HW Kia of West County is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as an Automotive Porter.  Part-time and Full-time positions available!   This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cars and possess a strong work ethic. As an Automotive Porter, you will assist our technicians and sales team in maintaining and preparing vehicles for repairs and customer delivery. This individual contributor role is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Move and drive customer and dealership vehicles as needed
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as washing, waxing, and vacuuming
• Responsible for keeping the shop and service bays clean and organized
• Monitor inventory levels and request supplies as needed
• Ensure all customer vehicles are returned in a clean and presentable condition
• Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, customers, and management
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in the automotive or hospitality industry is preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
