Description of the role:

The Service Porter at Starling Chevrolet in Orlando, FL plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of the service department.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner


• Assist customers with the service process and answer any questions they may have


• Drive vehicles to designated areas within the dealership


• Keep service drive and customer areas clean and organized

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Have or obtain Florida Driver's License within 30 days of hire


• Background Check and Drug Screen
