Job Summary

The Porter/Detailer plays a crucial role in ensuring our dealership runs smoothly and looks its best. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, preparing vehicles for customer delivery, detailing vehicles for delivery and assisting with guest logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  Vehicle Detailing: Perform professional-level washing, vacuuming, and detailing of vehicles to ensure they are immaculate for customer delivery or display.

  Lot & Facility Management: Maintain the cleanliness, order, and organization of the service drive, parking lots, and showroom floors.

  
  


• 
  

  Guest Assistance: Safely drive and shuttle service customers to and from their destinations when needed, providing a friendly and professional experience.

  Vehicle Logistics: Safely move and park inventory across the dealership lot to support both the sales and service departments.

  
  


• 
  

  General Support: Assist dealership management with miscellaneous tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• 
  

  Experience: Previous automotive detailing or car wash experience is highly preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  License: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.

  
  


• 
  

  Attributes: Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  
  


• 
  

  Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and comfortably operate a variety of passenger vehicles.

  Communication: Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanor when interacting with guests.
