What You'll Do

• Understand and execute the dealership sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery


• Present and demonstrate inventory effectively to customers


• Close sales working closely with sales management


• Work effectively to log prospects and sold customers


• Prepare and review monthly plans and goals with sales leadership


• Maintain your Gross Average, F and I average, and achieve monthly unit targets


• Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certifications
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Prior retail automotive sales experience preferred


• Sales training, industry experience, or relevant education is a plus


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
