Position: Prep Technician

As a Prep Technician, you will play a critical role in the production process by assisting with:

• Vehicle teardown and reassembly
  


• Prepping vehicles for paint


• Completing small body filler repairs


• Maintaining high productivity and quality in a fast-paced, high-volume shop

 Strong Work Ethic – Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
 Basic Bodywork Skills – Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person

Additional Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ years old
  


• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
  


• Having your own tools is a plus (but not required)


• 
  I-CAR or ASE certifications are a bonus
