Responsibilities 

• Build strong, ongoing connections with both prospective and returning customers by guiding them through vehicle selection using thoughtful questions, active listening, and an upbeat approach


• Continuously expand knowledge of vehicle models, features, packages, and emerging automotive technologies


• Deliver engaging, professional vehicle presentations tailored to customer interests


• Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to foster long-term loyalty and generate referrals


• Develop strategies to address customer concerns and adapt to a range of sales scenarios, enhancing appointment quality and demo effectiveness


• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set goals, coordinate events, monitor feedback, and evaluate personal performance


• Achieve and surpass sales targets through a proactive mindset and ongoing business development efforts

Qualifications 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 


• Evenings and Weekends Mandatory 


• Fast learner 


• Excellent communication skills 


• Ability to maintain professionalism 


• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
