** $1000 SIGN ON BONUS **

Pay Range: $50,000 - $100,000 per year ($21.36 - $42.73 per hour)

Rhinelander Auto Group is searching for highly motivated sales professionals for our Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, and Toyota dealerships. Individuals who have experience in customer service, hospitality, retail sales, IT, and call centers are strongly encouraged to apply. We have an in-house Training Team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and create customers for life. Have the ability and desire to listen carefully to your guest, and assist them in selecting the vehicle or products that fits their wants and needs.


• Be an absolute expert! Know the ins and outs of your product, and have the desire and ability to explain and demonstrate features, packages, and the latest technology.


• Have the ability to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.


• Follow up with your buyers to ensure referral business.


• Bring your 'A' game and a positive attitude every day.


• Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, and performance reviews.

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.


• Be ready to hit the ground running with new features, programs, and products.


• Fantastic and professional communications skills


• Professional, well-groomed appearance


• Clean driving record.

• Guaranteed pay while training. Don't worry about income while building your skills to become successful! We offer training pay of at least $2500 per month during your initial training period (90 days), with commission eligibility from day one!
