Job Description - Automotive Quick Lane Service Advisor



As a Quick Lane Service Advisor at Sanderson Ford, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers: listening to their needs, scheduling service, and helping ensure a smooth repair process. Responsibilities



  • Set great impression with all incoming customers

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally

  • Gather customer and vehicle information

  • Accurately document vehicle symptoms as described by the customer

  • Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history

  • Prepare clear and accurate repair estimates

  • Establish follow-up times and maintain active communication with customers

  • Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and provide timely updates

  • Ensure final invoices match completed repair order work

  • Explain all repairs, services, and charges to customers


Requirements



  • Strong customer service experience preferred

  • Previous Ford dealership experience is a plus, but not required

  • Strong automotive knowledge and problem-solving ability

  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service

  • Energetic, positive, and professional attitude

  • Commitment to a long-term career with a growing organization

  • Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to pass background and drug screening
