Automotive Quick service technician

Job Summary:
Colonial Chevrolet of Acton is seeking an Automotive Quick Service Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing quick service tasks efficiently and accurately, performing inspections, and providing exceptional customer service.

UP TOO $1500 SIGN ON BONUS

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive pay range of $50000 to $75000 per year, paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and ongoing training opportunities.

Responsibilities:
-Perform quick service tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
-Complete inspections and identify any potential issues for further repairs
-Communicate with customers to explain repairs and provide exceptional customer service
-Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and resolve mechanical issues
-Keep track of and complete all service records and documentation
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
-Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
-Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through ongoing training and education

Requirements:
-Minimum of 1 year of experience as an automotive technician
-Knowledge of quick service procedures and strong mechanical aptitude
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
-Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively
-Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
