We're currently seeking a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Automotive Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership.

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers with a warm, professional demeanor
   
• Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
   
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records
   
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing service orders
   
• Communicate effectively with technicians, service advisors, and customers
   
• Ensure the front desk and customer lounge are clean and organized,

Requirements

  What We're Looking For:

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience (automotive industry a plus!)  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
• Comfortable using phone systems and computer software (CRM, scheduling tools, etc.)  
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment with a positive attitude  
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ideal schedule, but not a set schedule--up to 28 hours per week.

Monday and Thursday 4pm - 8pm

Friday 8am -6pm

Saturday 8am - 6pm

Sunday noon - 4pm
