Automotive Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers upon arrival, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere


• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system; route calls and take accurate messages


• Perform general office and administrative duties, including filing, data entry, scanning, and handling incoming/outgoing mail


• Assist with cashiering support, document preparation, and other clerical tasks as needed


• Collaborate with staff across departments to support smooth daily operations


• Provide administrative support to management and team members as needed

Requirements:

• Prior office or administrative experience


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn


• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment


• Experience with CDK is a plus, but not required


• Availability to work Saturdays is required

Job Type: Full-time 
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
