Job Description - Automotive Regional Manager

Regional Manager

Denver Metro, CO | Alloy Automotive

Job Type: Full-Time | Compensation: OTE $200,000+

Some people manage from a distance.

The best operators are in it. They know every shop, every team, every gap. They hold the standard not by talking about it, but by showing up and making it real.

That’s exactly what this role requires.

What This Role Is

As Regional Manager, you are responsible for the daily execution, performance, and operational consistency of a defined group of shops across the Colorado market. You ensure each location meets established KPIs, follows company processes, and delivers an exceptional client experience every time.

You’re not just overseeing stores. You’re building the culture, coaching the people, and owning the outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Store Performance & Execution

  • Oversee daily operations across your assigned shops
  • Monitor KPIs including ARO, car count, close rate, technician efficiency, and gross profit
  • Drive accountability with Service Advisors, Managers, and Technicians
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions immediately

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Conduct weekly performance meetings with each shop’s leadership
  • Provide frontline coaching for service advisors, managers, and emerging leaders
  • Ensure adherence to training and accountability systems
  • Support hiring and onboarding for store-level positions

Operational Compliance

  • Confirm shops follow SOPs for inspections, estimating, workflow, client communication, and QC
  • Audit shops for safety, cleanliness, and procedural compliance
  • Report operational issues or personnel concerns up the chain as needed

Customer Experience

  • Address escalated customer situations at the store level
  • Ensure every location delivers a transparent, high-integrity client experience

Reporting

  • Provide weekly updates to the Director of Operations on performance trends, risks, needs, and wins
  • Execute action plans created in partnership with the Director of Operations

This Role Is a Fit If You:

  • Have successfully led multiple high-volume locations or a district-level operation
  • Know how to coach people, not just manage them
  • Are comfortable holding a high standard and being held to one
  • Communicate clearly and handle hard conversations well
  • Take ownership of outcomes, not just responsibilities
  • Move with urgency and set the pace for the people around you

Why Alloy Automotive Partners

We’re building something that lasts, and it only works if the values are real.

We solve problems instead of talking around them. We take ownership of outcomes, not just responsibilities. We move with urgency and set the pace for the people around us. We stay curious and keep getting better. And when things get hard, we face it head on instead of backing off.

That’s what creates a team that performs at a high level and keeps raising the standard.

We also believe this should fit into your life. Many of us have families and responsibilities outside of work. This should add to your life, not take away from it.

Benefits

  • No weekends
  • No late nights
  • Competitive compensation (OTE $200,000+)
  • Health insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time
  • High-performing, team-oriented environment
  • Significant growth opportunity

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing multiple locations or a district-level operation (automotive industry)
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (both written and verbal)
  • High level of accountability and ownership
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Physically capable of performing essential job functions, including grasping, pushing, pulling, lifting (including items over 50 pounds), bending, and reaching overhead
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours
