Automotive Remove & Install Technician

Position: R&I Technician (Remove & Install Technician)

Location: College Station, TX 77840
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (No weekends!)

 About the Role

As an R&I Technician, you will handle the disassembly and reassembly of vehicles in support of the collision repair process. This position is critical to ensuring high quality repairs, efficient shop workflow, and OEM standard reinstallation. This role mirrors the professionalism and attention to detail emphasized in other Allen Honda service roles such as Service Advisor and Alignment Tech posting.

 Key Responsibilities

• Remove and install interior and exterior vehicle components


• Support collision repair technicians with accurate disassembly and reassembly


• Follow OEM repair procedures to ensure safety and quality


• Inspect and document removed parts


• Maintain an organized, clean work area


• Communicate with estimators, body techs, and leadership teams


• Ensure all repair plans are followed with precision

 Qualifications

• Experience in R&I, collision repair, or automotive service preferred


• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured repair plans


• Positive attitude and team oriented mindset


• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record (a consistent requirement across all Allen Honda roles)


• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
