Job Description - Automotive Sale Consultants



We are looking for automotive sales professionals to join us at our Kia dealership located in the prime Alliance location of North Fort Worth. We are looking to continue to build our team with hard-working and motivated individuals looking to grow in a meaningful career. 

We focus on providing excellent customer service and building long-lasting relationships with everyone that steps into our dealership. 


Ideal candidates will be problem-solvers who can simplify the complex in a professional manner, have excellent communication and time management skills, provide a high standard of service, and exude confidence while quickly gaining trust and respect and building rapport. You will have the ability to de-escalate high-stress situations, address objections, and turn every opportunity into a positive buying experience while maintaining an exemplary track record of success.

  • You enjoy going the extra mile for your clients to create an inspired experience

  • You excel at smashing your goals and you learn from your mistakes

  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends

  • You are a self-starter that excels at learning about new products and demonstrating features and benefits in a personalized fashion

  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities:


 



  • Create customers for life

  • Ask questions and listen to provide a tailored auto buying experience

  • Become a Kia expert and have a passion for vehicles

  • Provide personalized, high-quality walkarounds new/used vehicle inventory

  • Follow-up with clients and buyers to ensure future and repeat business

  • Learn to overcome objections and master various car-buying scenarios

  • Report directly to the Sales Management team regarding goals, activities, sale process, and analyses

  • Show up with a positive attitude every day and ready to tackle anything that comes your way

Location: On Site (Alliance area, North Fort Worth, Texas)
