What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and beyond. 
• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles while consistently working toward individual and dealership sales goals. 
• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, capabilities, options, warranties, and available services. 
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives. 
• Maintain strong knowledge of current inventory, product updates, features, accessories, incentives, and competitive models. 
• Respond promptly and professionally to internet, phone, and walk-in customers. 
• Follow up consistently with prospects and previous customers to generate repeat and referral business. 
• Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that best meet those needs. 
• Effectively overcome objections, ask for the sale, negotiate within dealership guidelines, and complete the sales process. 
• Present and explain available finance, protection, warranty, and service options. 
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that generates satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business. 
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow dealership processes and CRM requirements. 
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and manufacturer requirements. 

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience required. 
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. 
• Strong closing and negotiation skills. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Strong customer service and relationship-building  skills. 
• Confident, competitive, and self-motivated. 
• Comfortable working in a commission and performance-based environment. 
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills. 
• Professional appearance and work ethic. 
• High-energy, positive attitude. 
• High School Diploma or equivalent. 
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. 
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
