Our Dealership has committed to maintaining an average of 14+ units sold per sales person. There willonly be 4 retail sales consultants in efforts to maintain such a strong average.
We stock approximately 50 used units and 110 new units each month
Expected annual income is set at 86K annually at 15 units sold per month
Schedule: Always have a day off during the week, even when your off on Saturday. Schedule is 5 days per week or less.
Training pay structure is available:For those that are new to selling vehicles, a training pay structure is available. This ensures you can gain valuable experience, build confidence, and learn our systems while earning a consistent income.

Position Overview
As a Sales and Leasing Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while building lasting relationships. You’ll be part of a team that values professionalism, supports your growth, and works together with integrity.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting and leasing vehicles that meet their needs.
Provide honest, transparent, and professional service throughout the sales process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, features, and financing options.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and uphold dealership standards.
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and integrity-driven workplace culture.
Qualifications
Experience in automotive sales or customer service is a plus—but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor and ethical approach to customer interactions.
