Automotive Sales Assistant

Description of the role:

Serra CDJR Lake Orion is looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Assistant to join our team. As an Automotive Sales Assistant, you will provide support to the sales team and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about vehicles


• Handle customer follow-ups and maintain customer relationships


• Coordinate with Service Department with scheduling maintenance and repair appointments

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
