Job Title: Automotive Sales Associate

Ron Carter Chevrolet GMC is seeking highly motivated sales associates to join our team. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our clients. 

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and determine their needs and wants

- Provide information about vehicles and their features

- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities

- Negotiate prices and financing options

- Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently

- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals

Requirements:

- Proven sales experience in the automotive industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
