What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful hand that guides customers through their car buying experience—from greeting them at the door to handing over the keys. You’ll help them feel confident, informed, and excited about their purchase.

Your Key Responsibilities:

💬 Customer Experience

• Greet customers warmly and professionally (with a smile, always).

• Assist with credit applications, required documents, and lender approvals.

• Present financing and sales proposals clearly and honestly.

• Prepare vehicles for delivery (wash, tag, and shine!).

• Follow up after the sale to ensure complete satisfaction.

• Be a helpful point of contact between customers and service providers.

🏢 Showroom & Lot Presentation

• Keep our showroom, sales lot, and guest areas tidy and inviting.

• Ensure vehicles are clean, organized, and photo-ready.

• Rotate marketing materials and showroom props daily.

• Handle seasonal maintenance (like snow removal and salt application).

🚘 Vehicle Transportation

• Transport vehicles to/from auctions, other locations, and repair shops.

• Support vehicle movement across Greeley, Cheyenne, and beyond.

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience (automotive experience is a plus).

• Strong communication skills and a desire to serve others.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
