Janssen and Sons Ford is seeking a driven and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Saturday, One day off during the week

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot

  Listen to customer needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process

  Explain vehicle features, warranties, and finance options clearly and confidently

  
  


• 
  

  Offer test drives and follow all dealership procedures for documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Meet or exceed monthly sales goals set by management

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain follow-up with past customers and generate repeat/referral business

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately complete paperwork and ensure a smooth buying experience

  
  


• 
  

  Stay informed on current inventory, product updates, and promotions

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous automotive sales experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  High level of professionalism and customer service skills

  Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  Must be comfortable using digital tools and CRM platforms

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
