• 5-day work week (including the last week of the month).


• Hours: Mon-Fri 9-7; Sat 9-5

We are looking for a highly motivated, competitive, and detail oriented individual to join our sales team.  As an Automotive Salesperson at Canton Ford, you will be a key player in providing an outstanding car-buying experience for our customers.  Your role will involve guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from the initial greeting to the final sale and on going follow-up. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Customer Engagement


• Active Listening 


• Offer detailed and accurate information about features, specifications, and benefits of various vehicles


• Conduct comprehensive vehicle demonstrations, showcasing key features that align with the customer's needs


• Coordinate and accompany customers on test drives


• Lead customers through entire sales process from selection to financing options and final delivery and paperwork.


• Keep all records and customer interactions in Dealership CRM

Qualifications

• Education and Experience - High School Diploma Required & College degree or study in business or marketing a plus


• Valid Drivers License 


• 2 years experience in a Sales Role, ideally within the automotive industry


• Exceptional Communication skills and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers


• Strong motivation and goal oriented 


• Ability to thrive in fast pace environment and multi-task


• Flexibility to work evening, weekends and some holidays as needed


• Bilingual candidates are highly preferred
