Automotive Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team! The right candidate will be ambitious, have a positive attitude, and the ability to bring their “A-Game” every day. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships, getting those customers in the door, and providing support that best meet our customer's needs.

Responsibilities

• Following up with your clientele before and after each Sale


• Making quota on phone calls, email, and text messages reaching out to new and existing leads


• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses - Sales Managers will want to be briefed on each customer before organizing the financing 


• Continuously develop your own personal knowledge to become and remain an authority on the Auto Industry. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies


• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles


• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful personal referral business and customer retention for the Company


• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses


• Ask each and every customer for a Google Review and positive scores on the Mitsubishi Survey

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Sales Experience preferred


• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus


• Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays


• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred


• Eager to improve your knowledge of our Product, willing to take our online classes which will open the door to earning additional bonuses 


• Good communication skills a “must” with customers and team members


• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance


• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
