What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our auto sales team, you’ll:

  Welcome and engage every customer like they’re family

  Assess customer needs and pair them with the right vehicle

  Deliver standout walk-arounds and test-drive experiences

  
  


• 
  

  Present financing, lease, and purchase options clearly and professionally

  
  


• 
  

  Close deals with integrity and efficiency

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain CRM notes, follow-up with leads, and nurture past client relationships

  
  


• 
  

  Stay sharp on new model features, incentives, and competitive market trends

Requirements

• 
  

  Minimum 3 years of sales experience (required)

  
  


• History of success in sales

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated

  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  
  

Compensation

• 
  

  $50,000 - $100,000+

  
  


• Salary + Bonus and Commission
