Automotive Sales Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for automobiles to assist our customers in finding their perfect vehicle. We provide sales training with a salary plus commission for the right individual. We expect our sales consultants to be $100k earners within three years with an expectation of $50k plus in their first year.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in choosing the right vehicle based on their needs


• Contact Internet leads to set up appointments


• Conduct test drives and provide relevant information about features and options for all vehicles


• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales


• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction for both new and pre-owned vehicles

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, phone and customer service skills


• Highly motivated people person


• Knowledge of automotive technology and options for both new and pre-owned vehicles


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Valid driver's license
