Automotive Sales Associate

Runde Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Manchester, IA is looking for an Automotive Sales Professional to be a part of our sales team. We would prefer previous sales experience, but we will train the right individual. Candidates must have the ability to communicate well with others, be honest and reliable, be skilled on the computer, and have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, document and maintain a customer base and leads


• Make sales calls to new, existing, and referral customers


• Respond to sales inquiries by phone, email, or in person


• Negotiate with customers


• Ensure customer service satisfaction before, during, and after a sale

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends


• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred


• Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve


• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members


• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance


• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
