Automotive Sales Associate

Key Hyundai of Manchester is growing, and we're looking for driven, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals to join our sales team as Car Sales Consultants. Whether you’re just starting out or bringing years of experience, we provide the tools, training, and environment to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs


• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process


• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Hyundai vehicles, features, and pricing


• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong relationships


• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals


• Work with the finance department to finalize sales

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic


• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment


• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus – but we’re willing to train the right person!


• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
