Job Description

Yaklin Ford is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our new car sales team. The ideal candidate has prior sales experience and enjoys working directly with customers to help them find the right vehicle to fit their needs.

Job Type & Schedule

  Schedule: Monday to Saturday


• 
  Pay: $5,000 - $15,000 per month

Work Requirements:

  Work Schedule: 8:30am - 7:00 pm, Monday to Saturday

  Ability to Commute: Richwood, TX (Required)

  Work Location: In person

  
  

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Greet and assist customers as they enter the dealership

  
  


• 
  

  Identify customer vehicle needs through questions and active listening

  
  


• 
  

  Explain vehicle features, options, performance, and benefits

  
  


• 
  

  Guide customers through the test drive process following proper ID protocols

  
  


• 
  

  Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the sales manager

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly activities to improve performance

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Automotive sales background preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills

  
  


• 
  

  Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment

  
  


• 
  

  Strong written and verbal communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

  
  


• 
  

  Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
