Car Sales Consultant

Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base + Commission (Average $60,000–$150,000)

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. If you enjoy helping people, have a competitive spirit, and are ready to grow your career in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and guide them through the car-buying process


• Build relationships and trust with prospective buyers


• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Subaru vehicles, features, and financing options


• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance and safety features


• Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat business


• Meet monthly sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills


• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)


• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record


• High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus)
