Automotive Sales Associate

Jim Barnard Chevrolet is seeking a highly motivated and professional Automotive Sales Associate to join our team in Churchville, New York. This is a full-time opportunity to work with top-selling Chevrolet vehicles, deliver exceptional customer service, and earn a competitive income through base pay and commission.

What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.


• Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process.


• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.


• Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed monthly goals.


• Stay informed about our inventory, promotions, and product offerings.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.


• Maintain accurate records and attend ongoing training sessions.

What You Bring:

• Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.


• Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays.


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.


• Strong organizational and customer service skills.


• Willingness to learn dealership CRM software and vehicle details.
