International Subaru of Orland Park is a 15 year plus established dealership in Suburban Cook County and is continuing to grow fast! Top performing customer service sales associates can earn as much as a $100k plus annual income from our base salary plus commission and bonuses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet and greet customers who visit our dealership 


• Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs


• Demonstrate vehicle features


• Negotiate sales price and purchasing options with customers

QUALIFICATIONS:

• ENTHUSIASTIC with high energy throughout the sales workday


• OUTGOING and friendly, especially while handling objections


• ABOVE AVERAGE customer service skills


• SELF STARTER and motivated to be a top sales person


• PERSUASIVE and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process


• STRONG work ethic

ADDITIONAL PREFERENCE:

• Fluent in English and Spanish or English and Polish


• Automotive sales experience or relatable sales experience
