As a Sales Professional at Walt Massey, you’ll be the face of our brand, guiding customers through every step of their vehicle journey with professionalism and care.
Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
Apply consultative sales techniques to help customers find the perfect vehicle
Master product knowledge, including features, packages, and new technologies
Deliver high-quality vehicle presentations and test drives
Proactively follow up with leads and referrals to grow your client base
Overcome objections and close deals with confidence and integrity
Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed goals
