Responsibilities

• 
  

  Welcome and assist customers as they enter the showroom

  
  


• 
  

  Ask questions, understand customer needs, and guide them toward the right vehicle options

  
  


• 
  

  Present vehicle features, capabilities, and optional equipment clearly and confidently

  
  


• 
  

  Offer and conduct test drives while following proper procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Meet or exceed monthly sales goals set by dealership management

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support customer questions and buying decisions

  
  


• 
  

  Review daily and weekly performance to improve sales processes and time management

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Previous automotive sales experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills

  
  


• 
  

  Self-motivated, team-oriented, and goal-driven

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational and written communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  Ability to pass a background check and drug test
