Weekly base pay with commission and additional weekly and monthly bonuses tied to performance.
Arundel Ford is looking for a driven, customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team. You’ll help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle, guide them through the buying process, and deliver a top-tier experience from start to finish. Whether you’re experienced in auto sales or looking to transition into a fast-paced, rewarding field, we’ll provide the training, structure, and support to help you succeed.
Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through vehicle options
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Present pricing, financing options, and product features clearly and professionally
Maintain consistent follow-up communication with leads and customers
Log all customer interactions in the CRM and follow established sales processes
Build long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business
Stay knowledgeable on inventory, promotions, and new Ford product releases
Assist with showroom and lot presentation to ensure a clean, organized environment
Collaborate with the sales team to hit monthly goals and deliver strong customer satisfaction
Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
Strong communication skills with a professional, positive attitude
Ability to learn dealership systems, CRM tools, and sales processes
Must be comfortable with technology and willing to learn new platforms
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work Saturdays as needed
Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable
