Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.


• Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about vehicle features and financing options.


• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and dealership policies.


• Build long-term relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals.


• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership sales targets.

Requirements

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.


• Strong negotiation and closing skills.


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.


• Passion for automobiles and providing outstanding customer service.
