Location: Oakes Kia | North Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Saturday with one weekday off each week
Compensation:  $36,000 + $200,000 based off performance |  Draw + Commission

We are looking for a motivated and coachable Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. This role is focused on building relationships, guiding customers through the buying process, and delivering a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. What You’ll Do

    Guide customers through the full vehicle buying process from first contact to delivery

    Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals

    Follow up with leads through phone, text, and online platforms

    Stay up to date on inventory, product knowledge, and current incentives

    Work with leadership to track performance, set goals, and improve results
