Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals


• Assist buyers in selecting the right vehicle by listening to their needs and preferences


• Become an expert on all Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicles, including features, packages, and technology


• Conduct professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles


• Follow up with buyers to create lasting customer relationships


• Learn to confidently overcome objections and excel in sales situations


• Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve performance goals and track progress


• Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to success every day

What We’re Looking For:

• Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays


• Willingness to learn and master vehicle product knowledge


• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach


• Professional appearance and a confident, friendly demeanor


• Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record


• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening upon a conditional offer
