 What You’ll Do

  Receive one-on-one mentorship from a seasoned Sales Manager and get a firsthand introduction to the automotive industry. You’ll also explore our Best Price philosophy through video lessons and digital resources via the Foster’s Best Price Sales Academy.

  
  


• 
  

  Welcome customers and assist them in identifying what they’re looking for in their next vehicle purchase.

  
  


• 
  

  Guide guests through vehicle features and technologies, and join them on test drives to ensure their expectations are met and questions answered.

  
  


• 
  

  Benefit from our negotiation-free sales model that lets you focus on customer experience instead of pressuring for commissions.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with Sales Managers to assist customers with financing options that align with their budget.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain long-term relationships by following up post-sale and offering Parts and Service support with a “customer for life” mindset.

  Build your personal brand and promote yourself on social media to grow your client base organically.

  
  

 Pay Structure

• This isn’t your typical commission-based pay plan. Instead of focusing on profit margins, our pay model rewards sales volume and customer satisfaction.


• Most of our consultants earn between $50,000 and $70,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $100,000+ per year.
