Keller Bros Family of Dealerships is hiring a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and teamwork
• Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business
• Respond to inquiries, highlight vehicle features, and conduct test drives
• Provide accurate payment quotes and financing options
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather referrals
• Assist customers through all aspects of vehicle ownership and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of sales or retail experience preferred
• Ability to pass state licensing requirements for a Salesperson License (PA)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems and tools
• Team player with a positive, coachable mindset
• Physically able to perform job functions (standing, bending, lifting)
