Automotive Sales Associate

Job Summary:
Blake Fulenwider CJDR in Snyder, Texas is seeking a driven and passionate Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing their ideal vehicle. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the Auto industry, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Meet and exceed sales goals set by the dealership
- Understand and effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Conduct vehicle test drives with customers
- Negotiate and finalize sales with customers
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Keep a clean and organized work area
- Follow dealership processes and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong selling and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in computer systems and technology
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be available to work weekends and some evenings
