Volvo Cars Santa Monica is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join our growing team.

If you have a proven track record in automotive sales, dealership sales, internet sales, or another commission-based sales environment, this is an opportunity to represent one of the world's most respected automotive brands.

We're looking for a motivated professional who knows how to build relationships, work internet leads, set appointments, close deals, and deliver a premium customer experience from first contact through delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
  
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries
  
• Build relationships and identify customer needs
  
• Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and test drives
  
• Guide customers through the complete sales process
  
• Present pricing, financing, and lease options
  
• Follow up consistently through calls, texts, and email
  
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM
  
• Generate repeat and referral business through exceptional service
  
• Work toward and exceed monthly sales and CSI goals
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous automotive dealership sales experience required
  
• Proven success in a commission-based sales environment
  
• Experience working internet leads and CRM systems
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented
  
• Professional presentation and customer-first approach
  
• Ability to build genuine, long-term customer relationships
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
  
• Bilingual skills are a plus
  
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
