What You'll Do

• Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional dealership experience
  
• Build strong relationships and identify customer needs
  
• Assist customers with selecting new and pre-owned vehicles
  
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives
  
• Follow up consistently with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
  
• Set appointments and convert leads into vehicle sales
  
• Present vehicle features, pricing, and financing options clearly and confidently
  
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the CRM
  
• Stay current on Ford products, features, technology, incentives, and inventory
  
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
  
• Generate repeat and referral business through strong customer relationships
  
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals
  

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience required
  
• Automotive dealership sales experience preferred
  
• Retail, BDC, call center, phone sales, or commissioned sales experience considered
  
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships
  
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
  
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
  
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
  
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
