SAG Auto Sales is growing, and we're looking for experienced Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team.

We're looking for confident, motivated sales professionals who know how to connect with customers, build relationships, work leads, present vehicles, negotiate, and close deals.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous automotive sales experience is REQUIRED.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven automotive dealership sales experience
  
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
  
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  
• Experience working Internet, phone, and showroom leads
  
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
  
• A confident, professional, and personable approach
  
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
  
• Valid driver's license
  

COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY

$3,000–$13,000+ PER MONTH

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the vehicle-buying process while creating a professional, comfortable, and positive experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and assist customers on the lot and in the showroom
  
• Respond to Internet, phone, and walk-in leads
  
• Build rapport and identify customer needs
  
• Recommend vehicles based on customer needs and budget
  
• Present and demonstrate pre-owned vehicles
  
• Conduct professional test drives
  
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales
  
• Maintain consistent customer follow-up
  
• Build long-term customer relationships
  
• Generate repeat and referral business
  
• Maintain accurate CRM/customer records
  
• Complete sales paperwork accurately
  
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
