Delivery Coordinator / Automotive Product Specialist

As vehicles are getting more and more technologically advanced and customer service is becoming even more critical, Middletown Honda is in need of a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to assist our clients in a professional and dynamic delivery process. The ideal candidate is technology-oriented and has exceptional customer service skills. Interested in becoming a sales associate? This position transitions directly into our sales department! 

Responsibilities

• Communicate in's and out's of vehicle to customers


• Expert in all facets of vehicle information and features


• Assist sales department in sales process


• Provide customers with all vehicle information required by manufacturer


• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.


• Ensure all vehicles have fuel, required stickers/buyers guide and are in good condition


• Inspects vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice/addendum


• Ensuring inventory is cleaned, presentable, and properly displaying disclaimers and vehicle information


• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours & weekends


• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s


• Fantastic communication skills with your customers


• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.


• Clean driving record


• Ability to work in all weather conditions


• Valid driver's license with good driving record
